These terms govern use of the ParaOn marketing site and subscription checkout for ParaOn products. By completing checkout you agree to auto-renewal only after giving explicit consent.
Pricing disclosure
Catalog prices shown on this site are illustrative until confirmed for your order. Charged amounts are always computed server-side from the plan on file at checkout. Prices are VAT-inclusive at 12% unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions & auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew monthly in Asia/Manila billing periods (timestamps stored UTC) until canceled in Account → Billing. Cancel at period end keeps access until the current period ends. No trials in v1.
Refund policy
Refunds are issued only via authenticated admin action with a documented reason. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at period end; mid-cycle refunds are not automatic. Chargebacks and disputes are handled via the payment gateway and our ops runbooks.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass security controls, scrape personal data, or abuse checkout or contact endpoints. We apply rate limits and bot protection on public forms.
